Well I would say, not putting a finer point on it…follow a sufferer to the toilet four of five times a day and you’ll no need to wonder why depression increases as a co-morbidity of IBS.Its about time these people recognised an holistic view and treatment needs to be taken to this issue.

First of all Sarah we need to chat for a while, over the phone for about 20 minutes or so, so that I can get the background to your issues and a brief history. Then I will tell you if I think I can help you and what I would propose to do in a session. I would then see if thats ok with you of course and see if you want to go further, all of this is at no cost to you to this point.

We can then arrange a mutually acceptable appointment to meet. the first appointment will be for approx. two hours the first hour free to you and this is where we go into more depth about the history and your symptoms etc the second hour is where you would get the hypnotherapy session i have already prepared for you based upon our twenty minute phone call. All subsequent sessions will last 45 minutes to one hour and cost the normal session rate of £65. You will get a CD of your session that you can play at any time or to the directions given to you by me. We would also discuss what if any further sessions were required and make the necessary appointments. I do hope that this has made the process, although briefly described here, clear to you.
