Your Guide To Hypnosis

Your Guide To Hypnosis

There are many stories about hypnosis and hypnotherapy being dangerous, turning people into chickens, people not being able to wake up, and unscrupulous hypnotists exploiting their ‘vulnerable’ patients. However there are many people who are adamant that it has helped change their lives, some from Dudley, Tipton, Wolverhampton and much further afield – I know of for sure. I have helped them succeed in their goals. Millions of people swear that it has helped them with many issues such as weight loss, quitting smoking, other addictions, confidence, phobias, stress, success, IBS, and many more issues.

Many people are missing out on this powerful, yet very safe therapeutic tool because they are too afraid to use it. I hope to dispel these fears by answering these common questions about hypnotherapy right here and now!.

FAQ’s

Frequently Asked Questions
Here is a list of some typical questions I’m frequently asked. Hopefully anything you might want to know is covered somewhere on this page. If it isn’t, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Who is hypnotherapy for?
Hypnotherapy is for absolutely anybody of sound mind.

Is there a conflict between religion and hypnosis?
No, none whatsoever. Hypnosis does not involve religion in its application, and there is nothing in the use of hypnosis that might go against one’s religious beliefs regardless of what that religion might be.

What is the difference between hypnosis and hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis refers to the actual state you will enter. Hypnotherapy refers to the work done by the therapist to help you overcome your issues and fulfill your aims and ambitions.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy (the practice of Hypnosis) is a natural state of heightened awareness, frequently associated with relaxation, where the hypnotist enables you, if you wish, to open yourself to hypnotic suggestion and where you can make use of your imagination to help effect positive changes in your life. I practice Hypnotherapy in Dudley, Halesowen, Stourbridge and Wolverhampton areas, I do have a range of Mp3 downloadable products in my store Here!  If you need a face to face and are unable to travel to me then there are many reputable therapists throughout the country.

Hypnotic or suggestive therapy is the oldest of all healing techniques. Unfortunately, in the past, it’s been cloaked in mystery and mysticism. It’s easy to visualise the image of a showman swinging his watch in front of a helpless victim – look into my eyes. However, this couldn’t be further from the truth. The actual experience of being hypnotised is very […]
